As far as I am aware, TMF has no control over Auto Payments, this is a setting on Pay-Pal. Therefor it is not TMF's fault.

Lets be entirely clear what has happened here, you've come on making false statements about the ownership/payment details about the account and attempted to dupe us into repaying money that was paid to us.

As I said before if you think you have a genuine case then take it up with pay pal.
