Though I do agree to an extent, you've got to remember that it's still a personally owned forum that's run by volunteers, so if something involves a lot of time and effort it needs consideration.

If a lot of time and effort is needed, and it is for something the members want, why not ask those members for help?

This particular issue is being dealt with. The comments have been taken on board and is in the process of being instigated into the forum.

Like anything it takes time so patience is required.
