It depends on which charger you have, as it might not be getting fully charged, I would recommended getting a fast charger, and about a 4000mah if you want a longer running time, but it marginally slower

One other thing that does make a difference to run times is how free it can roll, so a full set of bearings is a must and not over tightening the wheel nuts.

Alright cool, well what I'm definitely doing for now is getting the sport tuned motor, so at the same time I'll order bearing set as well. Then after look at getting a better battery and charger.

If you buy a shell with all the plastic bits like this http://www.ebay.co.u...=item1e7a14a3ff then the mirrors come with it

Ah, nuts - I just bought the Rover shell with no plastic bits! I may see how this one turns out first, I think I found a place on ebay that will do the plastic bits separately. Thanks anyway :)

I did plan to with the blue one, but funds and the local club not running the mini races at the moment put the brakes on that one.

Maybe get a few together at one of the shows or something?

That is a great shell Paul S. always look better when the windows are left clear. A bit of practice and a sharpie pen and you could do the signature on the tripes.
If you want run time get yourselves a lipo stick pack and for maintainance free running something like a brushless Ezrun 13 turn set up. It's the Australian racing standard which is coming in over hear.
