Thanks for the update, really sorry to have read what happened to your Mini, I had my Thirty in storage from Oct to Feb when I moved from England to Northern Ireland 10+ years ago, the storage was less than perfect and actually turned out to be very damp.  Needless to say the furry type mould shown on some of your pictures appeared on the leather seats, steering wheel and the gearstick gaitor, the car wasn't there too long and the mould cleaned off eventually.  At the time I was really annoyed as I've had the car since new.  

 

Hopefully now with this settlement you can get the car back on the road and out driving again; if you get the chance try and swop your garage for another one in the block, just in case..
