Back in school days I remember the lad sitting next to me in science started to get a nose bleed and I saw the blood dropping out his nose. I actually thought I was gonna fall of the science lab stool. I got sent out of class for over reacting lol. Not my fault :(

chap in our skool always had nose bleeds could be sitting there chucking paper balls at the teacher and he would be there whiping hes nose with the paper blood everywhere crazy how that happens?

Wheni was a wee lad i was running home up the back street and there was a corner house a few doors down the had those concrete fence postings that fences slot down into and it was all chewed up and cracked with rebar showing, somehow as i was running by i caught my hand and it yanked me back cutting a chunk out the back of my right hand and showing the vein, as a kid i was curious at this greeny/ purple thing in my hand so i touched my vein!! ahah damn that was weird :s

Ouch your foot sounds bad! should get it checked out really. I've never really hurt my self to be honest? Worst thing I've done is damage ligaments in my leg playing rugby. However a couple years ago me and mates where messing around on a tyre swing in the wods. Anyway one of them fell and laned on this branch at the bottom. I'd honesty never seen some much blood. When right through the side of his body!! He was alright tho haha

On my seventh bday went to jolly Rodgers play area for my party, then my mum shut the car boot on my head, 'twas the corner and it went in my head down to bone blood every where as with head wounds, best birthday of my life, soon after they realised I was dyslexic, so I blame my mum for my lack of brains not the dyslexia

Some years ago I was trying to dig the ground on a frosty morning when tea break was called I decided to throw the fork into the ground with some force , when I turned to walk away guess what ........... Yep i couldn't I had pinned my foot to the ground not with one prong but with two . The thing was I was wearing steel toe cap boots but as the fork hit the cap it just redirected it backwards into my foot . If that wasn't bad enough one of the lads took me to hospital when I got there he got me a wheelchair but when trying to get me through the entrance door he hit the door frame with my foot not once but twice ...oh how he laughed.....
I had X-rays some how managed to miss all vital bits and bobs but as the holes had four bits of skin going inwards as the fork had square prongs the hospital decided not to stich them ? So just had to rest it in a raised position and keep it clean until it stopped bleeding .

So I would keep yours clean and raised while resting and see how you go ... Good luck

I remember as a kid me and my mates were going through some old storm damaged beach huts when i stupidly managed to stand on a plank of wood with a rather large nail sticking out of it.

Straight through my big toe, screamed like a girl with a plank of wood stuck to my foot. After my mates stopped pissing themselves with laughter one of the lasses pulled the plank off my foot and that hurt even more. The nail went right through the side of the toe through the flesh there.

Felt like a complete melon and did not tell my mum why my trainer was covered in blood.

Bummer about your foot mate. As said only thing to watch for is infection. If it starts to feel hot at all compared to the rest of the foot, or it starts to become painfull in pulses ( if that makes sense) or starts to weep a yellow liquid, it probably has got infected and will only get worse unless treated with antibiotics.this will probably show after a few days though so keep an eye on it for a week or so, even after the wound has closed up.

Kinda speaking from experience, as I seem to be susceptible to infection myself lol. Came within 24 hrs of losing my left arm due to infection a few years back , luckily, a very nice surgeon cut out the manky bits from my hand for me , and kept me multi limbed lol!!

And that was caused it seems by a thorn prick from the garden apparently.

But, I'm sure you will be fine,
