Any time after 8-ish when my digestion is working properly, full English with black pudding. Pint of coffee, no sugar.

Unfortunately, being on a diet due to impaired glucose tolerance, it's either poached egg on spelt or rye toast with grilled tomatoes, or a load of porridge with half'n'half milk & water, chia seed, half a banana or stewed cooking apple without sugar and sundry toasted seeds'n'nuts.

On the plus side, I do find swinging from the branches much easier now.

For the odd treat it's bacon, eggs, fried bread, black pudding, hash browns, kidneys. Other than that it's normally a bowl of Special K at work. Oh and a large mug of tea tea one and a half sugars.

I don't normally do breakfast, but when I do, which is mainly the weekends, it is croissants, then a big fry up, bacon, barely cooked, sausages, tomatoes, grilled and from a tin, toast, fried bread, beans and hash browns. Can't beat it, and you don't want to eat anything the rest of the day!

That breakfast is from a cafe 5 mins from me. It's called a kids breakfast..... Weighs the same as a small child , 7 pound apparently. 1 person has managed to eat it. It's free if you do 😃
