So many different things. Muesli with Greek yoghurt is good. A full English is good. Mcdonalds double sausage and egg muffins are good. But the gf does scramble eggs with onion and tomato in it which is really good. Eggs Benedict is good as well.

But mostly it's a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee. Maybe 1 sugar in it depending how in feeling.

The gf has got me eating bigger breakfasts. For them breakfast is usually the biggest meal of the day and eating less before you go to bed. But they tend to eat slightly different things for breakfast - a range of things that we would consider more suited to lunch or dinner/tea.

They have something similar to this in a cafe near me, whole photo on the wall jobby. How anyone could eat all that is beyond me, cold cooked breakfast is the worst!
