If I wasn't so afraid of them myself.....

I'd say a BIG dog O_O

I have one!

Problem is that you cant carry the dog everywhere and leave it chained to the car!

Brilliant! But if we are talking animals, then I would suggest a honey badger. The psycho of the animal world and will easily fit in a mini.
I beg to differ, Google " Tibetan Mastiff " one hell of a mutt and it may just squeeze into a clubby estate.
You are having a laugh, against a honey badger? May as well bring a shih tzu ;-)

Just watched the Honey Badger in action, it is a feisty little thing that eats snakes and rats but, anything carnivorous that is larger in size with a good strong jaw and a turn of speed would dispatch it very quickly. The Honey Badger may not take lightly to any form of training though !!!!!!!!!

PS

The Shih tzu is a poor excuse for a dog.

My German shepherd likes riding in the mini. He takes up all of the back seat and just lays there staring at people. You'll need to be brave or very stupid to try and take my car when he's there.

Removal e steering wheel

+1 I've got one on at the minute and it gives me a little piece of mind knowing I've got part of the car with me and I've got a battery isolator too :)

Oh and of course the standard mini locks ;)
