Hey I'm glad to see her online. She seems like an amazing car. She really does.

Looks really nice, just down my alley. Love the lifted gear selector housing - might look into doing that myself. Mmmmm.... carbon fibre.... I can't get enough of the stuff either. Really want a set of the Curley carbon bumpers.

Craig.

Well shes currently due a rebuild...
ATM shes
1275 bored to 1380, 276 kent cam, Duplex Timing Chain, 13 row Oil Cooler, Uprated Radiator, Aldon Dizzy,
One off carb needle, Single 1 3/4" SU carb, K&N Cone Filter, lightened flywheel, 3:4:1 G/box,
Electronic Fuel Pump...

Theres only a couple of things i want to do for her next incarnation:
Unleaded conversion,
Uprate the Diff,
Maybe a 25bhp nOS kit when I can afford it...
Although id like some S/C drops im thinking they might be a little noisy,
need to hear my sound system... :proud:

The carbon sub has been my little project for the last couple of weeks,
Im hoping its gonna look and sound awesome when its finally done...
BYE BYE Back seats!!!!!

Any chance of some more pics, would love to go down the same route but I dont think I can afford all the carbon. What else do you have carbon on this little beast seeing as you are lucky enough to do the CF work yourself.
I see you have also started the ICE (Post on the ICE section). Are you installing sound deadening as it looks like a lot of rather bare metal at the moment. :P

Sorry about the late reply my internet has been down...
Yeah im definitely putting sound deadening in, using eDead Teklite...Im very lucky to know someone
who can help me out with the carbon, as without him id probably only own a curly bonnet
( with stripes and ugly black tape round the edges )
Went to beaulieu sunday and took some more pics out in the sun over the weekend...
Hope you enjoy...

REally looking forward to putting all the latest bits in, havnt had an interior for almost 6 months... :(
Thanks for your interest Cusco...

They look super sexy! Nice work! :withstupid:

As you made all that stuff yourself, you must know quite abit about making CF part? Would you be able to answer a question i have? Or anyone else can answer it if they like.....

Im making my speaker pods soon (starting them tomorrow) Now if i made the main pod from fibreglass then got some CF fabric, resined a couple of layers over the fibreglass pod, then let it cure so the weave was showing would that work? Im pretty sure it would but im not sure :dontgetit:

Cheers,
Josh
