For starters mate the cars amazing as ive said before and the true quality and ideas you keep producing is top notch youve really give me inspiration to get some carbon fabric soon and give it a go

Josh if im not mistaken i think overlaying fabric is what azzgranty has been doing on most bits?

Thanks guys...I try my hardest to be original...
Yeah thatd work...make sure you get some clear resin to do the carbon layers, fibreglass resin is a bit yellow, surfboard resin is the best we've found so far...
The carbon twill is quite expensive unless you can chip in with someone and buy it in bulk...
We havnt used any other fabrics other than pure unadulterated carbon fibre in all of my bits so far...
Accept the sub which is an mdf box underneath...
weve still got the moulds for allot of it...

Were making tweeter pods at the moment...
Its mad to think that we only dabbled in carbon after receiving some stripey weave
twice from a well known company, so we decided to redo it ourselves...its not as easy as we thought it'd be...
:dontgetit:

My mate has even been making parts for some hillclimb cars for Steve Harris Motorsport...
Totally transformed the look of 2 cars with some mad bits...The diffuser being the most impressive...
