It's not likely you will ever have a good experience with any insurance company... Lol

I've only had a good experience with them but I haven't had to claim anything yet!

All good here, but as mentioned I've never had to claim. I guess that's when you discover how good an insurance company/broker is.....

Tried to scam me out of nearly 900 quid and ended up loosing my no claims. Long story really but they cancelled my politicy for no reason without telling me and I got done for no insurance. Then I got a letter from a debt collector saying I owed then mobey and I had x days to pay....

They added breakdown cover, key loss cover and some other stuff onto my policy last time without telling me. I said I'd think about their price and they told me that they can't guarantee the price if I put the phone down as insurance prices are constantly changing (pressure selling?) I did take the quote though as they were cheaper than the other two companies I phoned earlier.

This year my insurance renewal is £750 with £115 of c*** added on top, which I'll be sure to take off if I stay with them.

I by no means like them but if they are the cheapest way of not driving illegally then I'll stay with them.

what have they done or not done? I haven't had any experience of them personally but have seen a few threads where they have messed people about sometimes in a big way such as cancelling policies without any reason or warning

I have,

I was even sworn at by their in-house insurance company. Trinity lane.

Poor attitude, poor coms and when you try and leave they stiff you for the no claims paperwork. Not recommended at all.

Their prices are shocking, well for us they were, considering we are both over 40 with over 15 years ncb........

Didint like the attitude on the phone so went elsewhere.

They tried to steal money from me twice. I put the first time down to a genuine mistake on their part and although I had to get quite firm with them to get it sorted I gave them another chance on a later policy - should have learned my lesson the first time. The second time I had to involve the Ombudsman to get my money back.

I use them for a comparison now to beat other companies down but I wouldn't use them if they paid me.

They lost my paperwork a few times. Sent everything together in massive envelope, they rung and said they got half of it. When they asked where the rest was and I explained it was all together, the girl went "well maybe you forgot to put it in or it fell out" I had to send those particular items 3 times before they got it.
