Bonjourno, how are we all this evening? Just wondering if you can help my horn interior light and heaters aren't working :( are these all on the same fuse? If so are they also on the same fuse as the headlight flashers as they are working? Also my hazards aren't working :( very confused was meant to have mot tomorrow but not gonna bother now any idea where I can find this fuse to check it should that be the case?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Jonny

Much easier to help if you say what car it is.

Horn and headlight flashers are on the same feed but not sure I they have a fuse as standard, I THINK, but don't quote me, the heater fan and hazards are on the same feed and fuse and the interior light will be something before the light because it's unlikely not to be working on the switch and both doors

Not sure what year etc, but on mine I would change

Inline fuse, under the scuttle, purple and orange wire, 15a fuse, this is hazard lights and interior light

And the horn and heater are on different fuses

3rd  fuse down 25amp Horn, Headlamp Flasher, Brake Failure Circuit & Radio Memory.
4th fuse down 5-6 25amp Heated Blower Motor, Windscreen Wipers, Washer Motor & Instruments.

Sorry it's a 1989 mini with a 1.3 engine but started life as a one 1.0 so unsure how old the 1.3 engine is?

Tis all so confusing I wish I was an auto electrician I have 4 fuses in my fuse box but from memory I don't think it has the correct fuses in as it has 2 clear coloured fuses a blue fuse and then another clear (top to bottom)

should be

35a

25a

25a

15a

As far as I recall, I replaced fuses more times than I drove the bloody thing, so I think that is the right order for your car. But like I said, change the inline fuse behind the air filter, purple and orange wire, 15a fuse

well im sure youll all be dying to no whether i found a dead fuse or not! well i did the inline 15a one was out for the count so changed it and well it made no difference sill no horn still no interior light or hazards also i have the added benefit of never being able to turn off my lights even if the key comes out the ignition! wooooo think this needs a proffessional :(  another thing worth noting is that the wipers dont wipe and the washers dont jizz all other fuses are fine really confused!

thanks

jon

also worth noting is that during this time a radio and electric aerial have been installed could this have caused the problems?

thanks again

jon
