I spoke to the owner of the '75 and he was completely straight about the work it needs but it's more than I'd like to take on at the moment.

I won't go into too much detail as it's a public post but suffice to say you'd need to spend what the car is advertised for again reasonably soon to make it right into the future.
I'm probably coming across as fussy but all I want is a straight, honest, rust free example that if it has been repaired/welded it has been done to a good standard.
I should have bought yours when it was for sale last year!

Never painted, never welded one previous owner, nery tidy and standard. Could be made into a show car with little effort.
26K ish on the clock, totaly standard
What is your budget?
