Alway do it in the mini, and I wave to any classic wether I'm in the mini or the Lexus :L

But I have found other stanced cars give me a wave too, my Lexus is slammed on some massive dished wheels with stretched tyres mmmm

I always flash Classic Minis when we're in the MINI. Their (usually) disgusted expression is hilarious.

I got a metro waving at me once! caught me by surprise and a few bini's!

 

Always get people complementing me at car parks and petrol stations :)

 

Although when a Bini waves to you.. you shake your head at them ;)

 

 

If a Bini waves, then they get a wave back and a smile, they might be a distant relative but hey, family is family, even though they might have made some odd choices.

If I see another Mini I usually give them a flash. (of my lights that is)

Always flash/wave at other minis, even when not in my mini which gets frowns and confused looks!

I had a VW T3 camper for a while, they wave at each other, and T2 owners would wave too.

A very sociable hobby :)

Yes, big waves & beeps to other minis, and waves to morry minors, MGs, VW campervans, other old British marques, except I touch the forelock to the Daimlers, Bristols, Lagondas, Jags and other posh ones and sometimes get a response.

 

Beware of confusing other drivers with headlight flashes.

 

I normally go for the High Five out the window... Works every time ;)

 You must have one of them newfangled minis with wind-up windows.

A guy I was following pulled over for a chat once.

Had a chap washing his Bini on his driveway give me a wave before.

To be honest I barley notice any others when in driving, maybe to focused.

I spotted about 4 on Thursday as I had the day off, even a 1275GT and an old convertible. May seem a little odd someone flashing them in an audi.

It was a bit weird because i usually got wave from other classics, not from a brand new car

I always flash the lights and honk the horn at other classic Mini drivers.  Always get a honk or a flash back and the driver usually has a massive grin on their face!  But then that's what driving a Mini does.  It put's a massive grin on your face!

Round here I seem to see loads of old Triumph's (not sure why there are so many in Coventry).

 

Should I extend a wave to them as well? They are a BL car as well after all.

I have a bike, a mini, a Bini and a morris minor....I forget what im in/on, lol.
