Hi was thinking of getting a bimi. I have a 1985 mini Mayfair and a Nisan micra (1.2) and after having the micra for a few years I'm board with it. so I want to replace my Nissan micra for something a lot faster and closer to the mini family. I was thinking of getting a jcw mini copper s😨 they only problem is I want to show mini drivers I'm a mini owner when driving the bimi I have thought about getting a l2b plaque for the front would this be enough?

A sign on it saying I reluctantly have to drive this instead of my proper one

To wave at a BINI ...

... it would have to be towed by a mini ;o)

Did you expect people to wave when you were in your micra? Lol

I've never got the waving thing, they do it with the VW's too..

If you want one get one!

I worked for an Audi dealership when I was at Uni,

I went from a cooper S to an Audi RS6.

2 very good but very different cars! The RS6 sounded immense and went like the wind

To see one at the side the road with some kind dark smoke coming out engine bay, and wave accompanied by a smirk

I flash every Classic Mini I see whenever I'm in our MINI (yes you can flash the headlights from the passenger seat, before you all start), they almost always look disgusted and it's hilarious

Sometimes you do actually get a friendly Classic driver though, who'll flash back.

I going to get a bimi just wanted to how to make it more mini friendly. And if there's room for a metro at mini shows there's room for bimi's

Do you not thinks that's a bit of an arrogant attitude to have?

Why should a metro be in mini show? It's not a mini.. So I have no idea why a bini would be.. It's not the same car!

Don't say I'm against binis as I'm going to buy one.. But I won't take it to a show just the same as I don't take any of my other cars..
