Is it another club? I've never been on there only had my mini a moth so all new to this world.

 

 

Yes it is an old established club that needs new blood

 

 

Ive tried getting MMC to have another gathering but no one seems to be on there anymore, it only seems to be yourself that goes on there anymore?

 

 

 

This is why i have suggested that maybe you form a regular meet and affilliate yourselves to the MMC. This way you will have your own already set up web site forum to make use of.

 

Its just a suggestion, but it seems a shame to lose a club that a few of us worked so hard to get up and running.

Oh I see well def see how this meet goes see how people feel and if they are willing to make it regular thing (I def would like it to be) then yeah I'll give it ago.

I am not in any way trying to move people away from TMF. Just giving them a chance to have a local online meeting place. 

 

You guys will see that the club has been established for quite some time, but a lot of the older members have moved on in their lives and the interest has somewhat gone!

There so many clubs and forums but I use this most find much active forum so I don't think your be ok.
I'll have mooch about need to get my laptop fixed as so annoying in my phone/iPad.
With everything it all gets bit stale if there is not active members you can talk to your self lol def get this meet up and running see where takes us and see who committed and we shall go from there :0)

Wasn't sure if that was it. Does seem as you stated quite quiet on those boards these days. Although when I was looking at SMOC and LSMOC i noticed their forum boards were quite quiet as well. TMF seems to be the most active when it comes to forum chatter but as I say would be nice to have a club that worked for the SE/ North Kent border lines. If we get a fair amount of interest I'm sure we can start looking to piggy back and hopefully revive some old interest :)

I'm a member of LSMOC and Essex mini club as I'm in middle
Essex meets are closest for me at the moment only 30 mins away and LSMOC ones are nearly hour away so def need closer ones in this area. Hence why I'm pushing for this one as my mini is more than just a hobby car I want to meet like minded people so I'm all for social meets etc...

Deffo see the turnout on the 5th then can move on from there :) I'm deffo up for a regular thing happening locally and am willing to help things if I can. All comes back to how much interest there is first though :)

A new club in this sort of area would be great (Or yes expand and refresh and an existing one).
