ive had good luck I guess I could say, when ordering online with mini sport, ive only ordered a few minor things

 

mini spares, Ive only ordered online with them and everything was great, parts came in the post fast as well

 

huddersfields, ive only ordered over the phone with them and I think I would have better luck talking to a wall then them, I got my parts without any problems

but I don't like them and probably wont order anything else from them

 

dsn classic, I go up to their shop when I need something, ive never ordered online or over the phone with them, only in person and they are very nice and

have a ton of info and always have what I need

 

twin-cam, they are very nice people and showed me their line of products and even gave me a demo of their injection system when it was 1st coming out,

I would buy from them again

MINITS gets my vote. I have been using them for 25 years

Minits here too although Minispares for when Minits don't stock something.

 

Dave at Minits was a complete legend and Julian is also very good. Very fast delivery.

Minispares have never been anything but helpful over the last 15 or so years that I've used them, as have Minispeed and Somerford on the occasions that I've used them.

I've always steered clear of Minisport though. This is mainly due to the numerous reports of poor customer service that seem to get posted regularly here on TMF about them. My only personal experience of them was at Stanford Hall last year, where I stood waiting to be served at their trade stand for a good ten minutes, whilst their entire team of staff ignored me and stood around chatting amongst themselves. Eventually I gave up waiting and bought my items from the Huddesfield stand next door instead. That being my first and only dealings with Minisport, will also be my last!

minispares for me, only ordered once from minisport....a week ago and it stil hasnt been dispatched! minispares had the order out the following morning
