The best towing car I've ever driven. Not what you'd call quick though.
I think there was also a Bini Kensington which is probably why it seems more familiar.

There were two variants of the Kensington, a LHD SPi model for europe, a RHD one for Japan, and then there was a Japanese ones that were in the MPi era (but being JDM means they are MPi block but with SPi injection). Rare in the UK for that reason, never sold here. Not sure on numbers to be honest, but seems to be a fair few JDM late 1996 onwards versions.
