Hi,
I have a 1991 mini neon, on which the indicators don't work until I've been driving for about 20 minutes. All other lights work (apart from possibly brake lights at the same time).
In addition to this I fitted a new indicator stalk a while ago, with which the horn randomly will start sounding and stick on, even though I haven't touched the stalk!
It's as if my car is haunted by an electrical gremlin ghost.
I've also recently had a brand new battery fitted to the car.
The indicators will work perfectly sometimes and just refuse to work others.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I would check the connections on the stalk, if the horn and indicators are playing up some time it seems like there is a problem there.
