Hi all,

I have an aftermarket central clocking system fitted to my car and I'm wiring it up to a 'made in china off ebay' automatic central locking (basically the car locks when you walk away from it and unlocks as you get close to it).

It has been working

Unfortunately whilst working on something else I ended up detaching the cables.

One of the reasons for detachment was because it was using the old central locking 'firing' unit as well as the new unit (i.e. the new unit sent signals to the old unit which would control the locks - the old unit being redundant).

So - my question (this will only work if someone has the same firing mechanism as mine but I think its generic).....

The mechanical triggers inside the door have cables coming from them.  The colours are

black (obviously earth)

brown

blue

white

green

Having worked on several combinations for hours and hours with no success - if someone has the answer then I will be heavily indebted to them!

Also If some has the original fitting instructions then that would be great.

Please, someone, end my pain!!!  (but not using a shotgun please).

Many thanks - in advance (and hoping)

Steve
