My mate Tim (who is white) went as Lionel Richie.
I went as a Red Lego Brick.

That's really cool. Were you not brave enough to go the whole hog and paint your face yellow and wear a shiny black wig?
Originally I thought about going as a lego man but then came up with the idea of going as a red lego brick so I was something beginning with both L and R.
Also I react to some face paint so you will never see me with it on.

I never noticed it before but it does look a bit like that. Its just after a few hours of wearing the costume it was starting to bend over my shoulders. I learnt after this one that if you make a costume out of cardboard you need to re-enforce it in certain places so it will survive long enough.
Another one of my creations complete with Lobrau, Benderbrau, Pabst Blue Robot and Old Fortam Malt Liquor labels attached to Carling bottles.
I made a knights costume out of cardboard once as well. It was all made in segments held together with paper fasteners so it could flex. One of my house mates who I didn't particularly get along with put it out side as it was in his way and it rained before I got back. I had to make something else in about an hour and the replacement was really bad unfortunately but I just didn't have time to do anything else.
