Take out the jets one by one and clean them( poke trough them with a needle/guitar string,...)
Then try again.
Carb cleaner might also work. Was this weber recently installed?

Put it on today

If it was blacke then take the jets out and clean them, normally the weber should be able to be 'calmed down' enough .. Maybe it is sticking under the idle adjustment screw. Have you tried tunring it all the ways? ( all the way in/out?)

This is our jetting ( split weber 45 setup) for a 1330 with 310° cam.
