Thanks. There's very few left - quite difficult to say exactly how many but less than 20 probably. Some of the bits are almost impossible to get hold of. So few selling bits and also buying.

Very nice Mini indeed. Love the fact it's so original too. I do have soft spot for vinyl roofs. Takes me back to the late 80s when I had an old Marina

Was the 1100 special the first to get the 1100 engine in the UK, or where there other models before/after?

Hi looks really good, I have just brought a silver special to restore so would love to see some more photos and if you have any tips on where to get parts etc. the last owner tried to go for a cooper look but made a poor job leaving it with a split personality. Did you update anything like putting discs on the front. Thanks

The Special was the only roundnose to get the 1100 as a factory fit, but I think (?) there would have been other cars before - Clubman
