depends on the level of tune, but a single HIF38 will yield the best results for the least price and complications.

HIF 38 carb it would be the cheapest and also the easiets to tune imo

What head and cam is fitted? That will determine which carb is optimum, assuming the exhaust system is correct for the specification.
There is no point in changing just the carb unless a lot of other work is being or has been done.
