On the front you compress the rubber spring cones using a compression tool (known as the Tower Tool), then remove the aluminium trumpet which sits between the rubber spring and the knuckle cup in the top arm.
On the rear you remove the petrol tank, undo the damper each side at the top inside the boot, lower the suspension arm and pull out the long aluminium suspension trumpet.
Replace the trumpets with the Hi-Lo's and re-assemble.
Set the ride height correctly.
