Normal group 5 arches normally cover 13x7's perfectly....

For example:

i had them arches on for a few months with my 13x8 alleycats stuck out loads but looked the dogs dangleys

The Group 5's i've been looking at don't have the outer lip that yours seem to. Are there various styles of Group 5's?
