I decided to keep everything nice and smooth on this so I chopped the seams off the wings and joggled the A-panels so everything sits flush.
With the A-panels on I could start sorting out the shape of the scuttle corners. As you can see the one of the right is standard and the one on the left is highly chopped.
Obviously this hasn't got A pillars so I folded and shrunk a small section to finish the back edge.
Once I was happy with both sides they got welded up.
They still need a little hammer and dolly work but I'm quite happy with the shape.
I also folded a 30x30MM channel to connect the two sides together and provide a nice finished edge for the frame to sit inside.
All I have left now is an hour or so of welding and linishing and I'll be able to start bodywork and framing.
