Not sure what happened with the double post sorry

Just a very quick one project is still going but slowly as im still paying for the pickup and saving for bits

Its on this topic that my update refers
just ordered a nice new subframe, a bolt kit and adjustable camber and toe in kit now when it arrives i should have all the bits to send off for powder coating. Including the fuel tank as i decided that the black finiah sucked and if your doing a rebuild you beter do it right when you have the chance.

Those parts look amazing. It's the little touches like that which make a car IMO. Was it expensive to get done?

One shoes is upside-down on each backplate.  I can't remember which though lol !!

I suspect the leading edge of each shoe should face the forward direction of travel, if you get my meaning.

Phil.

20150917_231503.jpg

just a couple of brake lines and a stubborn bolt that needs some fettling but not at 11:30 in my front room

then hopeful get it back on this weekend and i can spin it round and start from the other end again.

Thanks very pleased with the look. I thought about them just after i started packing tools away and was worried i might have to do that. I do hope not it was a dog to get the camber brackets lined up with the subframe holes.

Looking schmick, great attention to detail. Would I be correct in the assumption you like blue?

Not really but the guy i bought it from had already done the front subframe so i just carried on. It is growing on me though.
