as for the wheels , ive saw another jap spec 35th at drag wars and that had silver wheels , and the owner said that the jap 35ths did have silver and not the uk black and silver ones, wich i might buy anyway ,
Thats strange as it looks odd with jusr silver wheels.....

I have a Jap spec Mini as well except it was deisgned to be used in the U.K regardless (was built for 1 of Rovers Directors)..... the air con is very good in them to be fair but it sucks petrol and engine power.... by the way, did u notice how clutered the engine bay was?? lol......
LOl theres not an inch to move in the engine bay! we're yet to discover the fuel costs of air con (but then again cant be as bad as the subreau was!!!!) and have also been told to be prepared to feel like your driving a 850 in summer lol!

yeah the wheels look strange where they r silver but is how they were all sent out, sure junglecommini has a plan up his sleve to change em!

If they do have AC in South Africa it would be a different system as they had their own factory with many local parts like they did is Australia and other places.
Oh yeah, the road flare!

I don't think SA Minis have factory air but I think New Zealand do as they got cars shipped direct from Japan, in Japan spec more or less.

Correct,
AC wasn’t fitted to any of our minis overhere.
