To be honest as you are at this stage I would strip it all off and start again. Paint reaction is a pain and very frustrating to contend with and can be bloody expensive as well. Been down this route with my lads car.

ok thanks guys. I think what ill do is take off a door and test it on that. if it sprays over fine then all is well, but if not then ill strip the car back

or just bar coat what you have got just to be certain i tend to stay away anything thats 1k thats so called build is next to none and i find rarther expensive in cases than a 7.5 lt kit of 2k high build if the facilities are not suistanble to spray you could roller it on. its abit more work to sand

I would finally surface with yellow spray putty, either 2k of celly, then flat and spray a 'witness coat' of black to confirm the surface is correct to profile when you lightly sand this down. Then finally prime with a grey primer before top coating and then knib back lightly and spray the top coat.

If in doubt, PM Ben-O on here as he is a top man regarding painting.

Be very careful in using various stoppers/primer coat. witness coats as you will risk the chance of a reaction unless you use compatable  paints etc.
