Love the sunroof. Do you have current at the fusebox? Should be easy to trace through.

I have power to the fuse they run off because the reverse lights are working. Tried new fuses, bulbs, even bypassed the brake light switch with a piece of wire and still nothing. I need a new rubber seal for the sunroof, I think minispares still sell them

Could it just be a comnination of poor connections e.g brake light switch on your brake pedal, faulty light switch? Is there powere getting to the light switch? Happened to me before.

Do you have a voltmeter? That would give you an instant reading so you will be able to trace it back, may even be a bad earth.

I'm dropping it at a friends garage tomorrow, he knows his way round a multimeter, I bet it will be something simple

Well things didn't quite go to plan, spent the day getting excited in work that I'd be actually driving the GT on the road, only to find a puddle of petrol on the garage floor. Balls!!

It seems my petrol pump is knackered so today's job is remove the pump, drop the oil in case it's contaminated and spend even more money at minispares

Electric fuel pump or mechanical one? changing an electric pump should be fairly straightforward right? Since it's just under the rear subframe?

I thought late GTs had an electric pump on the rear subframe.

Well spotted

Mine's mechanical, guessing it's original equipment. Got a new one on order

After my fuel pump decided to drop my fuel on my garage floor I ordered one from minispares. i still think they look like a two legged elephant

It's in there somewhere

After some fresh oil and filter it's up and running again.

I also fitted a new hazard switch and that has sorted the indicator issues. The brake lights are working but only when the lights are on. It wouldn't be fun if it was easy
