Sorry didn't see your post, yes that's what I can't get loose. Obviously difficult to access as you have to go from underneath

So had another quick go at the Manifold again this morning and it's off!! Looks like the wd40 combined with some very extravagant lever work got those three nuts loose. Ready to crack on with actually installing the new stage 1 kit now (finally). I actually didn't need to take off the engine steady arm as I thought I would have to but looking at it the bushes need replacing. I've taken the nut off the bottom but the bolt won't budge. Any advice on shifting this so I can replace the bushes?

Try to get some fluid down in between the buh and centre sleeve
