No Rev Counter, Pcb Damage

On the back of my 3 main gauges is the pcb, but between the middle gauge and rev counter there is a split in said pcb. Could this be the reason for my rev counter not working?

I think the PCB on the back grounds the Rev Counter, so a break could stop the Rev Counter from grounding.
