After two years into my project I'm finally putting the bits back on and found I have headlights that work but no indicators working at all as well as no power to the back light at all I.E indicators, brake lights etc. before I start to visit the jungle of wires, does anyone know if these all direct into a particular box, so It can be a quick fix?

This will help with your wiring diagram to identify where the faults are, any more help just shout
