we have both been busy the last few weeks and have been unable to do much to the minis. My story, and also today we washed both cars and got w/b_dtm_mans car a new rear tail/brake light fitted and working. As we finished fitting this the number plate lights now also work 
and i sat down in the mini turned the fog light in because it wasnt working and it worked . There must be a few dodgy connections on lighting on the rear of minis.
