No worries, thought I'd used the wrong words when I read your post.  New whatever it's called is on the way....

Double bugger!

I'd sorted this out, just been doing a few other jobs and now ready to put the weeks back on and drop it off stands to set the ride height. There's a stud spinning on the other side now! FFS!

Couldn't get the nut to tighten up as it was spinning the stud, so looks like it's all to do again. At least this time there's a reasonable chance I'll not break the calliper when swapping the disc!

I'll try popping the stud out to see if it's just the stud, but not too hopeful. I guess I should just be grateful that I got the wheel off in the first place.

I had the same issue with my 7.5 discs, luckily I running 10" steels so was able to cut a slot in the outer end of the stud and was able to hold it still with a large screw driver whilst using a ring spanner on the nut. For peace of mind I changed all 8 front ones, they were all of dubious quality when compared to original 1982 ones which I used to replace them with, used my original rears as had fitted longer spacer drum ones.

The discs came in a kit from minimine and suffice to say I won't be getting replacements from them

The advice is that it's not really safe once the studs have wrecked the splines, I can get the nut tight on the stud by wedging the back of the stud against the disc, but I wouldn't be happy with it like that.  Plus it's a total pig to get the wheel nuts off again without wedging!
