yer to check if its warped disks take off the wheel and put a flat edge up against the disk then look for gaps...if th disk is perfectly flat there will be no gaps
one problem i can think of tho is if the disks r worn
and you get a lip on the outside edge meaning you wont be able to check but if you get a smaller flat edge u might be able to check

Squeeking can be caused by not having the castle nut in the centre of the hub tight enough. sometimes, when rebuilding after bearing change etc, it is hard to get the leverage required to get it tight and then move it round another slot on the castle to get the split pin in. some people (me included) end up backing it off a liitle instead. Its still tight but not enough so after awhile the tapered ring that the castle nut presses on starts to move about in its housing. . . the movement is very small but will squeek none the less.

By the time i realised what it was the tapered face on the ring was practically mirror polished!

If you can't find any pad, disk etc interferance look here.

There's no squeaking anymore... just juddering!
