Despite the way it may look, if it is on the bump stops, it is pretty low. For street use, I wouldn't recommend going any lower.

 

If however you do want to go lower, assuming your rubber cones have settled, you may have to remove material from your Hilos or the adjusting bolt in them, to get it any lower.

I'll see how it goes then.
It may be I get some different arches to try and decrease the visible gap between arches and tyres.
