Think i read a thread on MF that said they dont do it anymore and cost this person an extra few hundered on top just to get it ready for paint.

i may be wrong, but i thought i read that heritage stopped adding the seam sealer because it wasn't popular with people who were re-shelling to take part in concours events !!!

just goes to show that concors minis never go on the road !!! if you dont protect the seams you are asking for trouble !

i always thought concours was about keeping it looking as original as it was when it left the factory. So not having sealer would make it all wrong.... or have i got it all wrong
