Hi,

New member.

I am looking to insure a cooper sport at 19 years old. What's Hic insurance like? I was wondering if you declare the kit as an exhaust mod or engine mod or both. I thought it was just the exhaust that is different.

Hi mate,

You have put your question in the wrong section of the forum really. It should be here... http://www.theminifo...insurance-area/

In this area, you will find all sorts of info on insurance.

Personally, I would declare any mods you make to the car, as if you stacked it, they might not pay out. Some insurers see different mods differently, ie. will charge you more than others.

Chris :)

This has a thread running on it http://www.theminifo...t/#entry3479552
