so a little bit more done on ERA this time the body kit so spent many many hours repairing cracked front corners and then many hours sanding down the kits fill and then more sanding more filling and more sanding then priming using paint brush and sanding back and priming and sanding back till I was satisfied still have 1 front side to do but ranout of flexible filler

Sorry to say but i love the fact your spending all your time and efforts on the classic mini and the new style black mini in the background has a huge dent on it and you are not fixing it first..

ah yes that is the wifes Bini but I reversed it into My Sons Landy lol I have finally Managed to source a good 2nd hand door to solves this lol

good evening peeps sorry for no posts as been busy since July repainting the kitchen evenings and weekends so now back on the ERA body kit trying to get kit to fit correctly and loints to look the same not easy lol

so now I happy with the fit and now readt to ajust the doors and ges some 2pk primer on

Hi Peeps sorry its been a while work has taken up most weekends but managed to get some more work done this time I drilled holes in door appature and door hinge panel to allow the run of wires to operate leci windows and central locking and its now ready to go to Spray shop hopefully within the next few weeks as spoken to a local shop and organising a slot for me

I tried to squeeze grommet in but kept popping pot so I cut away and now it fits

Good evening peeps finally decided to get my ERA professionally sprayed so is gone to La Motte Ford had a great quote from them

shouls have it back in 2 to 3 weeks

good evening peeps been and see the ERA shell finished and polished this afternoon it looks amazing in the flesh they have done a fantastic job

collecting it tomorrow ready to start the fitting out

Picked up My finished shell and got it home on Friday

and todat I managed to refit rear subframe with a lot of hassle in and out several times to adjust mount rubbers but maneged in the end

tomorrow evening will fit backplated ect and shocks

good evening peeps not done quite as much as I would of liked fitted Spax and backplated but unfortunatly I had ordered the wrong cylinders only 1/2" bore so managed to source the correct size

so tomorrow I will attempt rebuilding rear hubs with new bearings

good evening peeps a little more done on the ERA rebuild fitted steering rack and front subframe

[

also started to install wiring looms original Rover loom and the ERA loom which runs down the drivers side inner sill and up through seat base and through boot wall

fitted resr lamps

and new cylinders to rear hubs

engine bay still need sorting lol
