I managed to get a ticket today along with a friend.
Will be my 1st ever mini run!

Do you think we'll get to see quite a few other Minis than in previous years, as some people will take theirs to Portugal instead??

 

Yes and no.

A friend of mine and I were part of the L2B a couple of years ago, and will do it again this year. Even I think You saw my little red Cabriolet back in Kent behind the cottages, I don't think You will recall her, cause she changed a little bit. So You have to recognize her tall driver with the long reddish hair...

Well at least mine has an engine!  Still a tonne of welding and niggly jobs that take 10 times longer than they should to do..

Looking forward to it! It'll be my third run, although I no longer have my old green 70s Mini so this time I'll be braving it in the modern BMW Mini I got a few weeks ago. I love to see them all though - never wears off :)

I'll be driving down on the Saturday from Telford, and stopping at the Ace Cafe for lunch. Is anybody interested in doing a convoy or joining en route? :)

Unfortunately a van reversed into me so I won't be going.

Does anyone know if I have to do anything to sell my ticket? ( I know it's just at face price) but do I have to notify the organisers?

You just need to email the organisers with the run number, details of the car that your selling it to, and their contact details (name, address, tel no etc).
