Thanks they do look better than the flintstones ones it had previously..Shame i had to cover them in metal prep but that is there as  protection for future and as a good base for the paint etc..

What did you use to strip the bulkhead?

its pretty potent not your feeble nitromours..its available from decent paint suppliers ..paintbox in Lspa is where this came from..1st application does the initial strip and the 2nd removes the rest..

No its a 1952 Chevy truck with the rear bed off which makes it look stubby..

Bit of an update and the panel list is getting shorter !..passenger inner wing is now fully fitted which lead me to my dilemma as to which front panels to fit..from the begining I've chosen to fit a non van front although i still have the original which i intend to adapt and swap about when i fancy a change..initially i opted to go with pattern panels and see how things turned out..both wings scuttle and front panel duly purchased ..1 week later of messing about decided i was just not happy with the poor fit and the need for a lot of tweeking to get the panels anywhere near a good fit..so 1 gen scuttle and wings later I'm now happy and the fit is almost bang on without any mods..

Thanks..i tried to stay with the pattern panels but the amount needed to get them anywhere near half a decent fit would never be..if you are after quick fix then they will do but not in the same league as gen the pressings and lines are much sharper and fit well straight away..don't get me wrong you still have to manipulate take on/off many times but each time you do each fit gets better..yes looking forward to seeing some colour on it hopefully august time to start prep ...
