You are drowning in an ocean of information that you don't really need, because you are not trying to build the ultimate race engine.
Keep it simple, go for the dished pistons.
However, if you google "Classic Mini supercharger decompression plate" ... on Ebay ............ Jonspeed4 minis do a decompression plate and so do ... vmaxcart ... and for several opinions, there is a link to a topic on here.
