I've put a new wiring loom in my 1994 mayfair and I'm now in the process of installing my radio. I'm using the old radio harness that also has the wiring for the door switches and interior light. I found where this harness connects to the main loom (by the ignition) but I think I'm missing a purple/white wire on my main loom (my old loom had this wire) as now the purple/white wire on the radio harness has nothing to connect to. Would this wire be a permanent live feed that I need to put in as it's the same colour wire as the door switches?

Purple white does the door switches only, you can buy a plug and play wiring harness that clips onto the fuse box
