OK, I think that works, we'll for me anyway, lol.
So, ive started on my internal gear change, just in time to head back to work!
Made up a new Bush for the front of the housing, and welded on new bosses.

Well that's it for the time been, will be getting this set into position, and then starting on the connecting rod, and working out where to cut the hole in the bulkhead.

Finally got out to garage to do some mini stuff this afternoon. Started by cutting holes in the bulkhead to get the selector shaft through and mocked up the position of the gear stick.

Poor Mini has been unloved now for 6 years, fingers crossed she'll be back on the road tail end of 24.
