I have only ever had 032r. The are sketchy in the slight damp or cold and you can feel then warm up and as you drive.
Flat spots no not really! If you are worried every month or so roll it in and out but I certainly haven't. Or pop it on axle stands. The only time I had a problem was when I parked it with the tyres hot in the garage and they stuck to the floor and pulled the paint up.
From what you describe definitely 032r.

I had exactly this....
After a spirited drive in the summer, parked it up in the garage and they had stuck to the floor....

Yep I get similar, I find they eat small stones when hot. There is a lot of grit/stones near my garage and it gets embedded in the surface. I used to worry about it damaging the tyre but they just seem to come back out and 'heal' up.

Guys, not sure if I’ve missed something here but the A032R is not E marked for road use, so illegal on the road in the UK at least

It’s purely a track day/competition tyre

“A Yokohama ADVAN A032R Motorsport tyre provides Classic Mini drivers with a track-day or competition only race tyre.

A symmetrical directional tread design uses large tread blocks in order to create optimum grip and tread grooves improving water evacuation in order to enhance performance in wet competition conditions . Additionally, improving road handling and high speed stability, on the inside twin steel belts reinforced by a layer of nylon are used to stablise and strengthen.

This A032R 165/70R10 soft compound tyre perfectly fits your 10” Mini wheels.”

Like I say, I may be mistaken.

The A032's were definitely road legal but my understanding is they now only produce the A032R, which isn't.

I ran A032s on 10" wheels and was a little disappointed in their levels of grip. Maybe I was expecting too much of a difference over A008s, I don't know.
Anyway, when they wore out I went back to A008s for my all year round tyre. I could detect very little difference between the two for normal quick back lane driving.
