Took it for a longer drive on Friday, still staying locally enough incase of an issue popping up, but still a long enough run of 20kms. Engine gets up to temp quite quickly, but stays nice a steady.

This morning I retorqued the head, checked oil and coolant then went for a drive a bit further away, 40kms, further but still a tentative distance. All seems fine, could maybe do with a few more degrees timing, it's at ~6btdc, doesn't seem to be any definite instructions on the minispares website for that particular dizzy. Will check over oil and coolant tomorrow.

I still need to get my suction mount from my mate who picked me up from the breakdown, and figure out a better wind noise protection, this is with foam pads covering the microphones, might need an external microphone that's mounted elsewhere so it's not all wind and road noise..
