With it that far stripped I'd be offering beer money to two of your strongest mates and getting them to lift the engine & 'box out by strapping it to a scaffold pole or a length of 4x2 timber - long enough to go out over the wings then one mate each side.
Or you could unbolt the subframe and lift the car over the engine - only real hassle is having to bleed the brakes once its all back together.
Of course you'll still then need a couple of strong mates to lift the engine out of the subframe.
