Pierce bare head. I got "a bit" carried away... So 31/35.7 valves, port injected in runners, intake plenum, supercharger, wasted spark and stand-alone ECU.

I am building my own intake plenum (among other things) matching an Eaton R410 supercharger.

What material are you using for the plenum

I did some thinking considering choice of material before I started designing it. SS is very brittle and prone to crack. Both SS and Al warps a lot during welding and I do not have a TIG welder. Moulding in sensor-, flange- and injector fixations in Carbon Fiber seemed to involve a substantial amount of issues to overcome.
Mild steel was my choice for several reasons and I do not think corrosion will be an issue. There are several other people who has done it before without any issues. That goes for ice racing cars, weekend cars and so forth.

I'm on my second prototype now. Trying with carbon fibre. Bit of a pig to use.

Sonnik, consider a plenum chamber with a single throttle body.Multiple bodies open to give massive air at the slightest opening which may not be ideal for a road car.The ECU tuning comes largely from the tuning software and familiarity with it as well as a good knowledge of how it works together.Apologies if you know this.Steve..

Just dragging this up again Steve....

Is 55mm good for a N/A car or too big? How much torque improvement do you think that would get over 4 ITBs

The problem with this is i specifically wanted the look, so throttle bodies on the front. My personal choice and i will no doubt have to think about what when and how BUT its not a daily, its just going to be a toy to tool around in.

And now there is another kid on the block ECU wise, Fueltech. These boys have some fantastic bits of kit which cover a very wide range of applications and very very tuneable.

A lot of the people i follow on Youtube stateside use these from humble four bangers  (well not so humble) up to 3000 plus twin turbo charged monsters. Very much like Haltech but in some cases maybe better but then again that will be down to application.

Having a decent looking plenum with a single throttle body will be ideal for daily use, that i fully understand. I have no idea whether SC's latest iteration will fit my head (would have to ask the question) but and its a big but its not really what i want after spending the money i have done.

As i'm learning more and more with Carbon fibre i still have a plan rattling around in my cranium with something to a plenum. Shaping and creating without a Autoclave to cure is one hinderance as we use Heat mats Hot Bonders and vaccum bags. Still doable and i have plenty of material to practise with plus the courses i will be helping to run next year at work will improve my skill set in these materials.

Still i need my engine first so hopefully once OZ is back from his jaunt to the states it may finally hit the dyno and i will get it into my car next year?? Then we can go from there.

Not exactly an answer to your question - do not think there is a straight one...
I chose a throttle body based on staying below a maximum flow speed of 90m/s (choking) and not that far away from that figure in order to get a reasonable idle.
When it comes to plenum and runner length, the longer they are the lower in rev range you gain torque. (What is practical possible, limits.) Max torque - all other parameters fixed - you get with as little flow restrictions as possible (full radi runners, no sharp edges etc.)
